Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead complex ISP Integration Projects, primarily serving the German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr) as their key digitalization partner. The core focus involves coordinating, planning, and executing high-visibility service change projects across decentralized military locations. Day-to-day responsibilities include rigorous management of time, budget, scope, and quality, utilizing hybrid project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall). You will be responsible for comprehensive stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and steering project teams and external suppliers. Success requires a completed degree in Informatics or a related field, coupled with at least two years of professional project management experience and relevant certifications such as IPMA Level D and SCRUM Master. This position offers the opportunity to contribute directly to national security by modernizing one of Germany's largest and most complex IT infrastructures.
