Service Technician (East Germany Region) | Servicetechniker (m/w/d) in der Region Ostdeutschland

Job Summary

This role involves executing repairs, service assignments, and commissioning tasks primarily within a 200 km radius of your residence in the East Germany region, typically without requiring overnight stays. You will be responsible for creating detailed work reports and protocols, managing the technical processing of customer service assignments, and providing technical support, consultation, and training to other service technicians. Additionally, you will support the internal office/support team via phone and email from your home office, and manage spare parts, including maintaining a small local inventory. Candidates should have a background in electrics, electronics, or mechatronics, ideally with experience in customer service and ventilation/air conditioning technology, and possess strong communicative and social skills.
