Job Summary
This role involves coordinating and managing the IT infrastructure and processes specifically for school systems within the Ostprignitz-Ruppin district. The IT Coordinator/Administrator will be responsible for planning and developing software utilization processes, managing staff deployment, and organizing workflow. Day-to-day tasks include comprehensive system administration of application programs on clients and servers, automating systems using scripts and RMM tools, and providing crucial user consultation and support. The position requires proactive fault analysis for both software and hardware, maintenance of end devices and terminal servers, and managing software installations, updates, and patches. Successful candidates must hold a relevant university degree in IT or a comparable qualification, demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, and possess fluent German (C1 level) to effectively communicate and train non-technical stakeholders in a dynamic, public sector environment focused on school digitalization.
