Job Summary

This critical role seeks a Requirements Engineer specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Finance and Operations (FO) to drive digital transformation within the innovative chemical plant engineering sector in Ludwigshafen am Rhein. The successful candidate will be the key interface for D365 implementation projects, focusing specifically on the discrete manufacturing of small series and individual parts. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining detailed requirements, presenting them to implementation partners, and collaborating with Solution Architects to develop integrated IT solutions that enhance manufacturing efficiency. A core focus is minimizing customization by leveraging standard D365 functions and ensuring seamless system integration between D365 CE, ERP, and the existing SAP environment. Applicants must possess a relevant degree or vocational qualification, fundamental D365 knowledge, and excellent communication skills in both German and English to thrive in this challenging, permanent full-time position.
