Job Summary

This role offers a pivotal opportunity to manage and optimize pharmaceutical process systems and cleanroom environments in Munich. As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational readiness of production equipment through the planning and coordination of maintenance and modification measures. Operating within a strictly regulated GMP environment, you will handle technical documentation, support capacity planning, and implement safety, health, and environmental (SHE) guidelines. A key aspect of the position involves collaborating in matrix structures and applying Lean methodologies to enhance cost-efficiency and operational excellence. You will participate in and occasionally lead cross-site project teams for both local and global initiatives. Required Skills

Education

Master's degree in Process Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field; alternatively, a Bachelor's degree with equivalent practical experience.

Experience

  • Professional experience in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical production or development environment
  • Experience in ensuring operational readiness and maintenance of process equipment
  • Experience in technical documentation according to cGMP and regulatory requirements
  • Experience working in line and matrix structures using Lean methodologies
  • Experience in qualification, validation, and change management processes is preferred
