Job Summary

This role involves supporting the Facility Management division in Berlin-Mitte, focusing on the technical operation and maintenance of complex technical systems, particularly Measurement, Control, and Regulation Technology (MCR) and Building Management Systems (BMS). Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with legal regulations, controlling the implementation of maintenance and repair plans, procuring and reviewing quotes, and managing the technical control room. The ideal candidate must possess a background as an electrician in automation technology, coupled with advanced training as a certified technician or master craftsman in building automation. Professional experience in commissioning and operating automation and BMS systems, along with knowledge of HVAC and CAFM systems, is highly desirable.
