Job Summary

This role involves acting as the primary point of contact for internal employees regarding all IT-related inquiries within a leading European IT company based in Bonn. The successful candidate will be responsible for prioritizing, categorizing, and processing incoming IT requests, acting as the crucial link between the user and the IT department. Day-to-day tasks include administering, installing, and maintaining hardware such as desktop PCs, laptops, monitors, printers, and scanners, as well as managing user accounts via MS Active Directory Services (ADS) and MS Office 365. Key requirements include professional experience in IT Service Desk operations, strong knowledge of Windows 11 and O365 applications (including MS Teams), and familiarity with IT ticketing systems for incident and service request management. This position offers high personal responsibility, flexible working hours, 30 days of vacation, and extensive training, with the possibility of permanent employment after an initial temporary contract.
