Job Summary

This role involves working as a Test Engineer specializing in Environmental Simulation, ensuring the reliability and environmental resistance of complex systems and components, primarily for clients in the Automotive, Aviation, Aerospace, and Defence sectors. The core responsibilities include the independent planning, preparation, and execution of environmental tests according to relevant military standards, focusing heavily on vibration, climate, and pressure testing. The engineer will be responsible for creating precise test instructions and comprehensive documentation, coordinating closely with development departments to align test requirements and results, and professionally supporting external verification testing. Candidates should possess a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering, proficiency in MS Office, and good written and spoken English skills (B2 minimum). This is a full-time, permanent position based in Kiel, requiring some domestic travel.
