The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire IT landscape, encompassing IT Infrastructure (hardware, system, and standard software), IT Security, and Software Development. A core focus is ensuring the high availability of IT systems for operational processes. Beyond technical oversight, the role demands active contribution to shaping a professional and appreciative work culture, coupled with the systematic development and promotion of team members. Key requirements include a Computer Science degree or equivalent, substantial professional experience in high-availability IT environments, and at least five years of leadership within an IT organization.
