Job Summary

The GFZ, Germany's national center for solid Earth research, is seeking an experienced, part-time HR Recruiter to join their team. This role is crucial for supporting decentralized recruitment processes across various organizational units. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the applicant tracking system (Concludis), handling the applicant hotline, independently managing job advertisements, and publishing them across suitable channels in collaboration with a media agency. The successful candidate will advise employees and managers on the entire recruitment process, ensuring high quality and legal compliance, particularly regarding diversity-sensitive job postings. This position also involves supporting Employer Branding initiatives, optimizing recruitment processes, and generating statistics and reports on key recruiting KPIs. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract offering challenging work in an international research environment.
