Job Summary

This crucial role supports the maintenance, repair, and optimization of electrical components within NEG® wind turbines, directly contributing to the advancement of the energy transition. Based in Ostenfeld (near Husum), the technician will serve as the primary technical support contact, assisting national and international field service teams via phone. Key responsibilities include developing comprehensive repair processes, planning and documenting maintenance procedures for electronic components, and evaluating service and maintenance reports from both technical and commercial perspectives. The ideal candidate holds a completed qualification as an Electrician or Mechatronics Technician, preferably supplemented by further training as a State-Certified Technician. Prior experience as a service technician or in technical support for NEG® wind turbines is highly desirable. Success in this position requires strong communication skills, analytical thinking, proficiency in MS Office, and a dedicated service-oriented approach.
