Job Summary

This role is perfect for a solution-oriented Electrical or Mechatronics Technician looking to specialize in technical support for NEG® wind turbine electrical components. You will be responsible for providing crucial technical support via telephone to field service technicians, nationally and internationally. Key duties include developing and documenting repair processes for electronic components, managing procurement requirements, and analyzing service reports and expert assessments from both technical and commercial perspectives. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background as a Service Technician or in technical support within the wind energy sector, excellent communication skills in both German and English, and proficiency in MS Office. This position offers the flexibility of remote work within a dedicated team, driving product improvement and problem-solving to advance the energy transition.
