Job Summary
This is a pivotal Senior HR Manager role within a prominent logistics company in Hamburg, focusing heavily on German labor relations and strategic HR management. The successful candidate will assume strategic responsibility for Labor Relations, leading and steering large, interdisciplinary HR projects, and managing a team of three employees. Key daily activities include acting as the primary contact for the executive board on all personnel policy matters, serving as the interface with the Works Council, and participating in the negotiation of collective bargaining agreements. The role requires a legal background, substantial experience collaborating with Works Councils and managing collective bargaining law, and proven leadership or project management experience.
