Job Summary

This role involves joining a dedicated team of 20 instructors at the BZE Electrical Engineering Training Center to deliver theoretical and practical instruction across various target groups. As a subject matter expert, you will be responsible for teaching master craftsman preparation courses, conducting inter-company training for apprentices, and developing specialized seminars for corporate clients. Your daily activities will include creating and maintaining training materials, maintaining laboratory and workshop facilities, and conducting journeyman and master examinations. The position focuses heavily on electrical energy technology, photovoltaic systems, and installation technology. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Experience in training, teaching, or adult education is preferred
  • Proven experience in a craft or industrial electronics profession
