Job Summary

This role involves leading the technical development team responsible for testing weapon systems, ensuring projects are executed according to schedule. The Team Leader will manage the technical guidance of the team, actively coordinate with internal stakeholders, and be responsible for creating effort calculations in consultation with sales and project managers. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field, and brings professional experience in testing vehicle systems combined with initial leadership experience. Proficiency in MS Office, SAP modules, and PDM systems is required, along with very good written and spoken English skills.
