Job Summary

This role involves serving as an IT expert within a team dedicated to the continuous development and support of the core SAP system for the Federal Real Estate Agency (BImA), which employs over 7,000 staff across Germany. The successful candidate will independently manage one of the SAP S/4HANA applications (focusing on SD, MM, or DRC), providing 2nd level support by handling incidents and technical requirements through to resolution. Key responsibilities include managing Change Requests from analysis to deployment, performing customizing changes, and coordinating external IT service providers. This position requires a structured, thorough, and solution-oriented approach, leveraging experience with SAP S/4 HANA, SAP Business Technology Platform, and tools like Jira, contributing directly to the effective and efficient operations of the entire organization.
