Job Summary

This role involves actively shaping and managing IT procurement and IT provider relationships, ensuring strategic and efficient control over IT services in alignment with regulatory requirements and corporate goals. The specialist will handle the operational and strategic procurement of IT services, from needs analysis to contract signing, and ensure compliance with regulations such as DORA, GDPR, and BSI IT-Baseline Protection. Key responsibilities include coordinating risk analyses, supporting internal and external audits, and leading optimization projects in IT procurement processes, potentially involving digitalization and new tool implementation. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in business administration or law, or significant professional experience in IT procurement or provider management, coupled with initial knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks and strong analytical and communication skills. Experience with procurement and contract management tools (like SAP) and agile methods is a plus.
