Job Summary

This role involves actively shaping the new central customer relationship management system as an IT Application Manager. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and understanding business needs from departments like Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service, translating these into technical concepts, and estimating effort for implementation within the BSI Customer Suite modules (BSI.CRM, BSI.EIP, BSI.CX). The manager will be responsible for ensuring data integration from other systems (e.g., SAP) and maintaining the secure and stable operation of the BSI Customer Suite (SaaS solution in the cloud). This position offers the opportunity to customize and further develop the entire Customer Suite, including interfaces and integration into the existing IT landscape, while also handling 2nd-level support, coordinating 3rd-level support, and managing external service providers.
