Job Summary

This senior leadership role requires a skilled Head of IT to manage and develop an internal team of approximately 15 employees, including 3 direct reports. The core mission is to oversee the planning, implementation, and operation of the entire IT system landscape, encompassing networks, servers, security, and applications. Responsibilities also include defining and monitoring IT security measures, optimizing workflows, managing external IT service providers, and ensuring seamless IT operations and high-performance support. The successful candidate will lead IT projects from concept to execution, handle budget planning and cost control, and act as a key advisor to executive management on the digital strategy. This position demands a degree in Computer Science, extensive leadership experience, and a deep, hands-on understanding of IT infrastructure and strategic IT management, coupled with strong communication and service orientation.
