Job Summary

This role is ideal for a service-oriented IT professional passionate about resolving technical challenges. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be the primary contact for customers facing technical issues via telephone. Your daily tasks involve providing timely, solution-oriented first-level support, troubleshooting outages and malfunctions related to PCs, laptops, printers, and other technical devices. You will also address disruptions in Windows operating systems, application software, and client/server network environments, ensuring a smooth return to operation. Complex issues are escalated efficiently to Second-Level Support. Key requirements include a background as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent practical experience, coupled with strong knowledge of Windows environments, hardware, software, and TCP/IP networking. The position offers the attractive benefit of full-time employment with the flexibility of up to 50% remote work, supported by thorough initial training.

Required Skills

Education
