Job Summary

This role involves delivering international technical training sessions for Dräger's technical service staff, internal teams, and customers, focusing specifically on the Monitoring and IT aspects of their medical technology portfolio. Key responsibilities include developing and executing both in-person and online training, creating e-learning content, and maintaining training equipment. A major focus of the training will be on medical networking, setting up and configuring servers (Linux, Microsoft), integrating medical devices into network structures, and ensuring data security. The ideal candidate must possess strong IT qualifications, including expertise in Microsoft Server Administration, Active Directory, Linux, and AWS System Administration, alongside excellent communication and intercultural skills to effectively impart complex technical knowledge globally. This is a crucial position supporting the worldwide training network and contributing to the development of new learning programs.
