Job Summary
This role is ideal for an experienced engineer specializing in hardware schematics and circuit design, focusing heavily on quality assurance and process optimization within development and production environments. The successful candidate will analyze and resolve complex technical issues, such as high production failure rates, utilizing structured problem-solving methodologies like the 5-Why principle. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing solutions to enhance product quality, supporting the qualification and validation of components and assemblies, and executing technical modifications at the schematic level. Key responsibilities also involve creating and maintaining detailed test plans, protocols, and documentation for technical changes, ensuring compliance with defined process requirements. This position requires a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, proven experience in circuit development, and fluent proficiency in both German and English.

University degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, Mechatronics, or comparable field
Experience
- Professional experience in circuit/circuit part development
- Knowledge of development processes required
