Job Summary

This role seeks a highly motivated Data Scientist Performance Manager to drive the digital transformation of Performance Management within AIRBUS Aerostructures. The successful candidate will be responsible for independently developing and implementing digital concepts, focusing on establishing central reporting standards and conducting detailed data tool analyses. Key day-to-day tasks include end-to-end project planning, aligning with necessary stakeholders, and the proactive analysis and presentation of critical performance indicators (e.g., overtime, attendance, APL hours) to the management team. Essential qualifications include a completed degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, coupled with professional experience in IT, digitalization, and the aerospace sector. Proficiency in data tools such as Python, SAP HANA, SQL, and Skywise is required, alongside fluent English and advanced German skills.
