Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Quality Manager to support the application of processes and execute project-relevant Quality Management (QM) tasks for high-end radar, optoelectronic, and avionics systems within the defense and aerospace sector. The successful candidate will ensure project goals are met within scope, time, and budget constraints by minimizing risk. Key responsibilities include creating project-specific QM documents (such as QM Plans and Process Assurance Plans), participating in product validation, verification, and certification activities for systems and equipment, and conducting software-related quality assurance, including milestone review and acceptance, adhering to aviation approval standards. This position requires a background in engineering, strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), and familiarity with civil and military aviation certification standards like RTCA/DO-254, -178, and -278.
