Job Summary

This role as an IT Security Consultant involves the crucial task of safeguarding client systems by developing and enhancing IT security concepts, policies, and standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing threat scenarios and security risks, validating infrastructure and application interfaces, and performing targeted penetration tests and incident simulations to ensure robust system protection. You will also serve as the central point of contact for internal departments regarding all IT security topics. To succeed, you must possess a degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification, coupled with initial experience in IT security audits and risk management, preferably following standards like ISO/IEC 27001 or BSI. Knowledge of cloud environments is beneficial.
