Job Summary

This role seeks a highly organized Project Management Officer (PMO) to drive the successful execution of IT solutions projects for leading providers. The core responsibilities involve implementing agile and hybrid project management methodologies, including planning and controlling work packages, milestones, and quality gates. The PMO will be crucial in coordinating efforts with Project Managers, monitoring project progress, and ensuring strict adherence to corporate standards, budgets, and deadlines. A significant part of the role involves designing and improving existing Project Management Office policies and processes, alongside meticulously documenting project scope, budget, and justification. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, practical experience leading or sub-leading projects, and mastery of project and risk management tools. The position requires a systematic, goal-oriented work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and negotiation-level proficiency in both German and English.
