Infrastructure Support Specialist | Supporter Infrastruktur (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role as an Infrastructure Support Specialist focuses on connecting people and technology by ensuring the seamless operation of complex IT environments for innovative clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include the support and maintenance of the entire IT infrastructure, covering servers, networks, and workstations. You will actively engage in troubleshooting, resolving IT-related disruptions, and managing the installation and configuration of essential hardware and software. A key focus is the monitoring of network systems and security protocols, alongside providing training and support to end-users. Candidates must possess solid experience in technical support and deep knowledge of heterogeneous client/server infrastructures, including desktop, server, telephony, and mobile devices. Good command of network technologies, operating systems, and IT security standards is essential, complemented by excellent written and spoken German (C1 minimum).
