Job Summary

As an IT Support Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for technical user requests, managing the full lifecycle of issues from initial documentation in a ticketing system to resolution. Your daily activities will include performing password resets, unlocking user accounts, and troubleshooting login difficulties. You will be responsible for the setup and configuration of workstation hardware, including monitors, printers, and peripherals, while providing direct support for the Microsoft 365 suite, specifically Outlook, Teams, and Office. Beyond hardware, you will manage user rights and permissions within Active Directory and Exchange environments.
