Job Summary

This role seeks an expert High-Frequency Development Engineer to drive complex projects for FERCHAU's high-profile clients, focusing specifically on semiconductor applications. Day-to-day responsibilities include the development and optimization of high-frequency circuits and systems, conducting rigorous simulations and tests to ensure performance and reliability, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to seamlessly integrate RF components into larger, complex systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and resolving technical RF challenges, documenting development processes, and implementing new technologies to enhance system performance. Key qualifications include a degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or a related field, coupled with fundamental knowledge of RF technology and the semiconductor industry. Proficiency with specialized simulation and design tools (like Cadence, HFSS, or CST) and expertise in characterizing RF components using measurement equipment (VNA, spectrum analyzers) are essential.
