Job Summary

This role involves driving technological innovation by developing power electronic devices for customized client projects, primarily within the automotive industry. As a Hardware Developer, you will be responsible for handling challenging, high-level technical development projects from product definition through to series production readiness. Key day-to-day tasks include design, simulation, lab testing, and type approval of electronic circuits, alongside the dimensioning of power electronic components and creating comprehensive technical documentation. Candidates should possess a degree in Electrical Engineering, ideally specializing in Power Electronics or Energy Technology, coupled with several years of professional experience in developing power electronic systems. Proficiency with simulation software like MATLAB and Simulink, strong German, and good English skills are essential.
