Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced professional passionate about innovation and technology, focusing on the validation and qualification of power electronic assemblies and systems within the automotive sector. The Test Manager will take project responsibility, managing costs, schedules, and creating comprehensive validation plans and status reports. Day-to-day tasks involve analyzing specification sheets and legal requirements, coordinating tests with internal departments and external service providers, and ensuring project progress is tracked and presented effectively. A key function is the creation, finalization, and archiving of test reports, culminating in internal and external release approvals. Candidates must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, mandatory professional experience as a Test Engineer or Test Manager in the automotive domain, and excellent proficiency in both German and English, alongside a willingness to travel internationally.
