Job Summary

This role involves supporting the complete digitalization of clinical processes within Germany's largest municipal hospital operator. The specialist will be responsible for the introduction, support, and maintenance of Orbis modules and AddOns, a key Clinical Information System (CIS). Day-to-day tasks include providing 1st and 2nd-level support to clinical users, developing solution concepts, customizing the Orbis system, and creating operational documentation and training materials. The position acts as a crucial interface between key users, IT infrastructure, the clinical applications department, and the software vendor. The ideal candidate will possess a background in IT or medical informatics, coupled with professional experience in supporting clinical application systems, and strong knowledge of clinical documentation workflows.
