Job Summary

This challenging and responsible full-time position involves providing essential technical and manual support for the central maintenance department within Germany's largest municipal hospital operator. The specialist will primarily focus on the maintenance and expert cleaning of technical systems, with a specific emphasis on ventilation and refrigeration technology across various hospital locations. Daily tasks include the independent planning and execution of workflows in coordination with technical management, and the accurate documentation and billing of all maintenance work performed according to established guidelines. Candidates must demonstrate strong manual skills, ideally possess prior experience in a skilled trade, and be proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
