Test Engineer | Test Ingenieur (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role involves acting as a Test Engineer supporting development projects for Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) and complex aviation/munition systems. The core responsibilities include planning, executing, reviewing, and documenting various qualification, system, integration, and acceptance tests in compliance with strict aerospace standards (e.g., DO-178C, DO-254, ARP4754A). The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and setting up test environments, including Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) and simulation facilities, and performing both manual and automated tests. This position requires a technical degree in a relevant field, strong foundational knowledge of test methodologies, experience with embedded systems testing, and excellent proficiency in both German and English to coordinate technical activities and ensure the highest quality standards are met across complex, safety-critical systems.
