Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Brandenburg Justice system and drive the success of critical IT projects, focusing on technical process management for specialized applications. The role involves being responsible for operating the electronic file (eIP) in conjunction with the EUREKA-Fach.net specialized application, including server system administration and client program configuration for e-file operation in specialist courts. Key daily tasks include creating technical documentation and developing concepts for system advancement, setting up test systems, and collaborating on automatic test development across federal states. You will also participate in First- and Second-Level Support, utilizing the Jira ticketing system. Candidates should possess a degree in Computer Science or a related field, or relevant IT vocational training and professional experience, coupled with a fundamental understanding of client-server applications and basic DBMS knowledge (MS SQL Server and/or Oracle RDBMS). This position offers a stable, permanent, full-time role within a supportive team environment, contributing to socially relevant digitalization projects.

Required Skills

Education

Successful completion of a relevant university or technical college degree (Bachelor/Diplom (FH)) in Computer Science or a related field, OR completed training as a certified technician or IT vocational training, OR comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT administration or related field (required if qualifying via vocational training)
  • Experience in operating application servers (desirable)

  • Willingness to undergo a security clearance check (Sicherheitsüberprüfung nach BbgSÜG); Possession of a valid driver's license (PKW-Führerschein); Willingness to undertake business trips within Brandenburg and Berlin.
