Job Summary

This role involves the development and continuous optimization of PLC programs essential for controlling complex automated systems. The PLC Programmer will be responsible for creating user-friendly visualizations for machine operation and monitoring, conducting on-site commissioning at customer locations, and designing, programming, and testing new process engineering sequences. A key aspect of the job is translating procedural and process engineering requirements into functional code, collaborating closely with specialist departments, and ensuring adherence to internal quality guidelines and technical standards. Candidates must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, coupled with initial practical experience in PLC programming, specifically using Structured Text (ST) according to IEC 61131-3. The position requires excellent proficiency in both German and English, and a willingness to travel for commissioning tasks.
