Job Summary

This role is for an IT System Integration Engineer supporting HENSOLDT, a global leader in premium sensor technology for security and surveillance missions, located in Immenstaad. The engineer will be responsible for the design, configuration, and installation of complex, heterogeneous IT hardware and software components, focusing on laboratory and test environments (Windows and Linux), including servers, clients, IP networks, and virtual machines. A core part of the job involves creating concepts for manual and automated installation of distributed IT simulation systems, including Air-Gapped systems, and maintaining/developing existing infrastructure. The role requires significant expertise in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, automating build and release processes using scripting, and performing system testing and fault analysis. Success requires strong collaboration within an agile team environment, working closely with System Engineering, Software Development, Testing, and DevOps teams, while utilizing fluent German and English skills.
