Job Summary

This role as a Technical Specialist focuses on managing the electrical spare parts lifecycle for high-performance machine tools at HerkulesGroup, a global leader in the field. Day-to-day responsibilities involve processing customer spare parts inquiries, accurately identifying necessary components using complex electrical schematics, drawings, and Bills of Materials (BOMs), and managing this data within the ERP system. A key function is the creation and maintenance of technical BOMs. Success in this position requires a background in electrical engineering, ideally coupled with several years of relevant experience in electrical design or technical spare parts management. The position demands proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft 365, strong organizational skills, and good English skills for international communication.
