As the Technical Project Manager for Training Systems, you will be fundamentally responsible for the technical success of complex simulation projects, spanning shooting, combat, and air defense scenarios. Day-to-day, you will drive the technical management during the bidding process and system development, focusing heavily on software development. This includes conducting detailed requirements analysis, creating comprehensive specifications, and coordinating all development activities across specialized departments. You are tasked with monitoring technical project planning, ensuring process compliance, and developing conceptual solutions. Success in this role requires a technical degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering, coupled with several years of experience in technical leadership of developer teams.
