This role involves leading and supporting complex consulting and IT projects within the dynamic airline sector, actively shaping the development of a new business segment focused on digital solutions for LH Point-to-Point Airlines and external carriers. The Senior Consultant will drive digital transformation for existing airline clients, focusing heavily on Digital Consulting, and supporting critical pre-sales activities from proposal generation to client presentations. Key responsibilities include managing high-complexity IT projects, developing tailored digitalization strategies for airline process optimization, and providing coaching to growing team members. The ideal candidate possesses strong consulting skills, deep expertise in airline processes (such as Flight Operations or Customer Experience), and fluency in both German and English, coupled with relevant IT experience in the aviation industry.
