This role is critical for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of customer and contract data, forming the trustworthy foundation for automated campaigns. The Data Quality Manager will proactively monitor data quality across inventory systems, verifying master and contract data for plausibility and completeness across all sectors in collaboration with product management. A key responsibility involves managing external service providers, identifying systemic data errors, and initiating clean-up processes. The ideal candidate acts as the central interface to broker pools and product partners, reporting errors, demanding corrections, and tracking implementation. Success in this position requires not only fixing symptoms but also deeply investigating root causes and collaborating with IT and specialist departments to develop sustainable solutions for flawless data imports and updates. Essential qualifications include a background in IT, mathematics, or business informatics, combined with advanced data analysis skills and practical knowledge of insurance operations.
