Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced track maintenance professional looking to step into a leadership or master craftsman position within DB InfraGO AG. You will be responsible for the timely and professional execution of maintenance tasks in permanent way infrastructure (track maintenance, inspection, fault clearance, and repair). Day-to-day duties involve working within the maintenance crew, providing technical leadership, ensuring infrastructure availability for safe and punctual operations, and participating in construction support, vegetation management (e.g., pruning), and winter services. The successful candidate must possess a relevant technical qualification, such as a Track Master or Track Mechanic certification, and be prepared for shift work, including nights, weekends, and holidays, while demonstrating strong technical system proficiency and team leadership skills.
