Job Summary

The Wilo Group, a multinational technology corporation and pioneer in the pump industry, is seeking an Electrical Engineer to drive the development of innovative drive technologies and sustainable solutions for pump applications. This role focuses on the electromagnetic development of motors, including AC capacitor, synchronous, and speed-controlled permanent magnet drives. Day-to-day responsibilities include technology scouting, concept development, specification creation, and detailed motor design using simulation and magnetic field calculations. The engineer will coordinate measurements, build prototypes, and manage the entire development process from prototype to series production, ensuring compliance with international standards and quality requirements. Success in this role requires a degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on power engineering/electrical machines and professional experience in motor development, coupled with excellent English language skills for international collaboration.
