Job Summary

The Team Leader is responsible for overseeing productive activities, ensuring every work step contributes to high-quality output, and guaranteeing the efficient and timely execution of manufacturing orders. Key responsibilities include providing technical guidance, managing team workflows, and acting as the main point of contact for information transparency regarding KPIs, Shop Floor Management, 5S, and safety standards. The ideal candidate possesses completed vocational training in the field, professional experience, and expertise in efficiency methodologies like 5S and WPS. Proficiency in SAP and MS Office, coupled with strong leadership, flexibility, and a high degree of initiative, is essential for driving innovation and sustainable development within the team.
