IT Service and Operations Coordinator | Chemiker (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role involves managing operational IT tasks for supported companies and serving as the primary point of contact for internal clients regarding IT issues, including coordinating external service providers and consultants. Day-to-day responsibilities encompass client service, end-user management, on-site and remote support, and network and patch management. The coordinator is also responsible for service management coordination, handling IT service orders, leading infrastructure sub-projects, and managing escalation and complaint processes. The ideal candidate must possess a completed university or technical college degree in a natural science (MINT) field or an equivalent qualification, coupled with strong conceptual skills, a systematic work approach, and excellent communication abilities to thrive in a self-responsible and team-oriented environment.
