Job Summary

This role involves the crucial task of digitally documenting utility supply networks within the Network Information System (NIS) for Hamburg's largest energy distribution network operator. The specialist will be responsible for ensuring the quality of network documentation within the NIS/GIS, meticulously reviewing all incoming documentation, including network changes, survey data, and sketches, from a surveying perspective. Key activities include creating and updating specialized documentation for internal departments, authorities, and external companies, as well as maintaining technical guidelines for network documentation. The ideal candidate will have a background in geomatics, surveying technology, or technical drawing, coupled with practical experience in processing geodata within network and geographic information systems.
