Job Summary

This Senior Consultant role focuses on driving customer personalization and data management strategies within Mercedes-Benz Consulting. The core responsibility involves the conceptualization, setup, and implementation of the Customer Data Platform (CDP), specifically utilizing Salesforce Data360 (formerly Data Cloud). Day-to-day activities include consulting clients on personalization strategies, identifying relevant data sources, planning their integration into the CDP, and developing the existing data model to ensure robust identity resolution. The consultant will also be responsible for defining and activating targeted data segments across various customer touchpoints, such as websites, apps, and email platforms, while ensuring seamless technical integration between different Salesforce Clouds. This position requires a strong background in consulting, profound experience with CDP systems like Salesforce or Tealium, and a completed university degree in Business Informatics or a related field with high marketing and data affinity. This is a permanent position within a leading automotive consulting subsidiary.
