Job Summary

This role involves acting as a key consultant for customers of the AI Factory Austria, presenting the service portfolio, and guiding users through the onboarding process and service utilization. The specialist will be responsible for implementing, operating, and optimizing AI and Data Services, including MLOps platforms for the entire lifecycle of AI models (training, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance). Day-to-day tasks include ensuring the automation and orchestration of AI workflows, supporting technical integration via APIs and data management, and monitoring system performance. A strong background in service process design and optimization, coupled with excellent communication skills in both German and English, is essential to ensure smooth operations and compliance with regulations like the AI Act, making this a pivotal role in a high-relevance, future-oriented field.
