Job Summary

This role offers an opportunity to join Roche Diagnostics GmbH in Mannheim, Germany, focusing on the development and verification of diagnostic test systems. The Laboratory Technician will independently execute technical tasks, including variance and comparative analyses, batch assessments, and tolerance evaluations for diagnostic systems. Key responsibilities involve creating experimental plans, conducting trials, statistically evaluating results, and presenting findings to the team. You will also be responsible for generating result reports and documentation, and contributing to the refinement of existing procedures and methods. The ideal candidate holds a completed qualification as a Chemical Laboratory Technician or equivalent, possesses solid professional experience in system development within the chemical industry, particularly in Point of Care (PoC) diagnostic systems, and has expertise in statistical analysis tools and MS Office. Strong German language skills are essential for daily work and development activities.
