Job Summary
This role is for a dedicated Building and Utility Services Engineer responsible for the planning and optimization of technical building systems according to current standards. Day-to-day tasks involve leading and coordinating construction projects within utility services, ensuring strict adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards. The engineer will produce technical drawings and documentation using CAD software (such as AutoCAD), collaborate closely with architects, clients, and other specialist engineers, and oversee the commissioning and acceptance testing of technical systems on-site. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Supply Engineering or Building Services Engineering, possesses professional experience in project implementation, and is proficient in CAD software and project management methodologies, including budgeting and resource planning. This position offers an unlimited contract and opportunities for professional development through an in-house academy.
